pay with credit card if you don't have a PayPal
account.
Normal price is

it is a one-time fee for a lifetime membership.

summer promo! Everyone gets 40% discount and the price is reduced to
$15.
Once I got notification from PayPal that your
payment is received, I will contact you with a
link to the registration page where you can get
your login and password.
