What's actually happening at Amreta's  graphic corner? I can tell you, it's constant trial-and-errors! :0) But of course, it's pretty much self-taught, and exciting!

I work on my graphics and website from a corner room in our family home, armed with an Acer laptop, an optical mouse,  occasionally a pen-mouse  - almost every evening after work and on weekends.

To keep me inspired, having  stacks of books and magazines, lovely papers, vintage fabrics, and other crafting stuff around me is indispensable...

Mom reminded me - on the phone - "tomorrow is the princess' wedding! I'm following the processions from the local tv station"

Yay! I almost forgot how the Sultan of Yogyakarta is still the number one person in the region, my hometown. And somehow my mom is fanatical. Our house is located not far from the Royal Palace, thus my mom just kept reporting how crowded the streets are.

It's me at age 9 on a ferry boat, on the way to my first adventure trip to Bali with my dad. Dad was a contemporary artist himself, a former traveler who had alot to tell his daughters about the world he had seen. He bought me a computer in 1999 and made me promise to always send him reports on what good stuff I've done and created with it. Dad passed away on 18 January 2004 and I send the reports now to the world, through the internet: this website.
